5th Annual Heart & Soul 5K

Please join us on Saturday February 10, 2018 at 10:00am in downtown Buffalo, New York for the 5th Annual Heart & Soul 5K Run! The Mahony Restaurant will be serving as host for this great event and proceeds will benefit the Morlock Foundation.

Toe the line on a crisp February morning, enjoy the sound of freshly fallen snow crunch under foot. The race course takes you on an exploration of once an illustrated vision of what could be to the newly energized rebirth of Buffalo pride!

START/FINISH
Official Start 10:00AM.
The 5K race will start and finish on Scott Street in front of the Mahony Restaurant using brand new USATF Certified Course #NY15045JJ. Bottled water will be provided to runners before the race if they wish to carry it with them, and again after the race at the finish line.

REGISTRATION & PACKET PICKUP
Online registration will remain open right up until the start of the race. Paper applications can be downloaded and sent to the address shown. Race day registration and packet pickup will take place inside the Mahony from 8:30am right up until the start of the race at 10:00am. Custom race shirts to the first 100 participants!

Registration Fee: $25 early bird; $30 after 1/28/18

POST RACE CELEBRATION
Join us after the race inside the Mahony for a post race celebration including light food, snacks, music and the awards ceremony. The Mahony bar will also be open for those who wish to purchase adult beverages.

PARKING
There will be plenty of free parking in the main parking adjacent to the restaurant

AGE GROUPS & AWARDS
Trophies will be presented to the 1st place overall male and female finishers and awards will be presented to the top male and female 5K runner in each of the following age groups:

14 and under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80 and older.

TIMING & FINISH LINE SERVICES
Gun start/chip finish timing services using industry leading Jaguar Electronic RFID timing will be provided by Race Management Solutions. Results are updated throughout the race in real time and can be accessed at any time after crossing the finish line using any one of the following options:
